Summer Sale Terms & Conditions

Thank you for purchasing one of our Summer Sale treatments. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making your purchase. By purchasing a Summer Sale treatment, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

• Summer Sale offers are available for a limited time only and are subject to availability.
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, or package unless stated otherwise.

2. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure the promotional price.
• All Summer Sale purchases are non-transferable and may only be used by the named purchaser unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Validity

• All treatments purchased during the Summer Sale must be booked and completed within 12 months
• Any unused treatments after the expiry date will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed by the clinic.

4. Booking Appointments

• Appointments are subject to availability.
• We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment, particularly during busy periods.
• It is the client's responsibility to book within the promotional validity period.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Our standard Cancellation Policy applies to all Summer Sale appointments.
• Failure to attend an appointment or cancellations made outside our required notice period may result in the treatment being redeemed or a cancellation fee being charged.
• Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or the appointment being rescheduled.

6. Medical Suitability

• All treatments are subject to a consultation and suitability assessment.
• We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or safe.
• If an alternative treatment is recommended, any price difference may be payable.

7. Refund Policy

• Summer Sale purchases are non-refundable.
• Promotional treatments cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable consumer law.

8. Treatment Results

• Individual results vary from person to person.
• No guarantee of specific treatment outcomes is given.

9. Changes to Bookings

• If circumstances outside our control require us to reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.

10. Right to Amend

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will not affect purchases already made unless required by law.
